Sweet n Spicy Peanut Dip

Hello Friends,

I am on my way to take a challenge on a Vegetarian diet for a week. Friends who know me will agree that it is impossible for me avoid meat!!

So i am trying to experiment new recipes in vegetarian so that i don't miss meat and I really enjoy vegetarian food. This Peanut dip is a part of that experiment. 

One of my favorite lunch 2 years back in UK was Carrot and cucumber Sticks with Hummus. But I often forget to soak the Chickpeas the before day (who doesn't!! don't judge me Plsss!!!) and my lunch plan would be ruined.

Then I discovered this dip which can be made instantly or can be made for a whole week and stored in fridge and it tastes the same till the last lick!!

I haven't included step by step pictures as this process is simple and I just mixed everything. That is it!


Unsweetened Peanut butter ** - 1 tbsp
Fresh cream - 1/3 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Thai chilli sauce - 1/4 tbsp ***
Salt  -  to taste
Sesame seeds - to garnish


Mix the Peanut butter,Fresh cream,soy Sauce,chilli sauce and salt.
Garnish with Sesame seeds.


** Sweetened Peanut butter can also be used. I got my unsweetened PB here.

*** Red chilli sauce can also be used when sweetened PB is used.

I have this dip with Cucumber and carrot sticks.
