Nutty Crunchy Keto Snack    


My search for Keto recipes is never ending and since I do not want to get bored of my diet, I am trying out new recipes. Without any delay lets see the steps, 


Ingredients:

Chia meal 1/2 cup
Flax meal - 1/2 cup
Crushed almonds - 1/4 cup
Crushed peanuts - 1/4 cup
Desi jagery - 3 spoonful
cardamom - 3
ghee - 2tbsps

Steps:

  1. I made chia meal by grinding the chia seeds in a mixer.
  2. Added Flax meal**,ground coconut.
  3. Added in crushed almonds and crushed peanuts.
  4. Added desi jaggery Can be replaced by stevia or coconut sugar also.
  5. Added 2 tbsps of ghee.
  6. Mixed everything and made in to balls.
   



**Note - I had bought flax meal. But that can be made by grinding Flax seeds.
If making these for kids, I would reduce the Flax meal and chia meal and increase the nuts , add dates for extra sweetness.
