Brain Fry - Keto Friendly Recipe


This is the dish which i love but my mom will not cook because she feels that it sounds disgusting . but I am a sucker of good food..If you want to be friends with me serve me some good food.. I will be loyal to you.. Being in keto or a low carb diet there is a constant urge of trying out new stuffs as you can eat so many foods in this diet. Happy soul i am..
Okay,,, Lets see the process to make this yummy dish.




Ingredients:


  1. Brain 2 
  2. Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
  3. Mustard seeds - For tempering
  4. Onion - 1 large finely chopped
  5. Curry leaves
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Chili powder - 1 tbsp
  9. Pepper powder - 2 tbsp


Steps:


  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and saute till they are transparent.
  3. Add the brain pieces and let it fry with onions. Don't  stir often  and as they will break.
  4. After stirring gently for 5 minutes add the powders , simmer the flame and let the meat cook.
  5. Once the masalas re cooked add pepper powder and stir in gently for a minute.
  6. Turn off the stove and garnish with coriander.
