Keto spinach Curry


Ingredients:

  1. Spinach 1 bunch
  2. Onion 1 medium slitted into 4
  3. Tomato 1 small slitted in to 4
  4. garlic 5 pods
  5. salt to taste
  6. almonds 5 soaked overnight
  7. Fresh cream - 5 tbsps
  8. Red chilli powder -11/2 tbsp (required if chiken is used)
  9. chicken - 1/2 kg or
  10. Paneer - 250g
  11. Butter 1 tbsp

Steps:

  1. Wash and clean the spinach.
  2. Add the spinach,onion,tomato,garlic,salt and let them boil for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. switch off the stove.
  3. Filter the greens and veggies and grind in to a smooth paste along with almonds.
  4. In another pan, add the butter. Once it is hot, add the spinach paste and fry for 1 or 2 minutes
  5. If its a chicken curry then fry the chicken in 2 tbsp of ghee or coconut oil along with salt and some red chilli powder until the chicken is tender.
  6. Now add chicken / Paneer and let it boil in simmer for 5 mins.
  7. Switch off the stove, add fresh cream and serve.
