I am a person who loves variety in my food. I always fancy a thali rather than a rice with accompaniment. 😊😊

As everybody know I am in the process of losing weight and as its said "Most of the weight can be lost by changing the food habits"

I have been trying and testing so many healthy/Clean eating recipes from the various food bloggers. I am in to this so much that my husband complains that he almost forgot how a traditional Idli/Dosa with sambar and chutney tastes like. 😑

Buckwheat is my new found grain which has got more fibers than carbs so i decided to give it a try.
I made chapatis from the buckwheat flour and i am sure there will be different versions and different foods emerging in the future.😇😇😇
